Images fetched by external clients — currently the email signature icon.
Files here are never changed in place. These URLs sit in email
signatures, and mail sent months ago re-fetches them when someone opens it, so
editing a file rewrites email that has already been delivered. To change an
asset, add -v2 alongside and leave the old one.
